Why are training model appointments discounted?
Training model appointments are offered at a reduced rate because they are part of our team's ongoing education and advanced training. Your appointment may take longer than a standard service, and a trainer or mentor may be present in the room to provide guidance and discuss techniques with the practitioner throughout the treatment. This educational environment allows our team to continue refining their skills while ensuring you receive professional care. Discounts typically range from 20% to 45%, depending on the treatment and training session.
Who performs my treatment?
Depending on the training, your treatment may be performed by a practitioner completing advanced education or by an experienced practitioner demonstrating techniques. Some appointments may include a trainer or educator in the treatment room to provide guidance and support.
Are training model appointments safe?
Yes. Client safety is always our highest priority. All training sessions follow professional standards and are supervised when required. If a treatment is not appropriate for you, we will let you know before booking.
Will my appointment take longer?
Possibly. Because these appointments include instruction or advanced education, they may take longer than a regular service. We appreciate your patience while our team continues to grow their skills.
Do I have to participate in every opportunity?
No. Joining our Training Model List simply allows us to contact you when opportunities become available. You are free to accept or decline any invitation.
Am I guaranteed a model appointment?
No. Completing the application does not guarantee a booking. We select models based on the treatment requirements, availability, and any contraindications that may apply.
How will I know when a model opportunity becomes available?
We'll contact you by email or text if an upcoming training session matches your interests and availability.
Can I choose which treatments I'm interested in?
Yes. On the application form, you'll be able to select the treatments you'd like to be considered for. We'll only contact you about opportunities that match your preferences whenever possible.
Will I always receive the same discount?
Not necessarily. Discounts vary depending on the treatment, training requirements, and the level of education being completed. Most model appointments receive between 20% and 45% off the regular service price.
Will before-and-after photos be taken?
Some training sessions may require before-and-after photos for educational purposes. If photos are requested, we will discuss this with you beforehand and obtain your consent.
Can I book a model appointment for someone else?
Model appointments are offered to individuals who have joined our Training Model List and meet the requirements for the specific training session. If a friend or family member is interested, we encourage them to submit their own application.
What if I need to cancel?
Because training sessions are carefully planned, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Last-minute cancellations may prevent another model from participating and may be subject to Aina Organic Spa's cancellation policy.
Are there any treatments I may not qualify for?
Yes. Some services have health or safety contraindications, such as pregnancy, certain medical conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or allergies. We'll review these with you before confirming your appointment.
