Spa Etiquette
Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and services. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to assist. For larger packages, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a 50% service fee. In the case of a no-show, a 100% service fee will apply. This policy ensures our therapists are compensated for their time. If we are able to fill your appointment from our waitlist, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Late Arrival: If you are running late, a quick phone call is always appreciated. We will do our best to accommodate your full appointment time; however, this may not always be possible depending on how late you arrive and how fully booked our schedule is. In some cases, your service may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other guests.
Please note that the full service fee will still apply, and discounts will not be offered for shortened appointments due to late arrival.
Cellphones/Noise: Please be mindful when entering the spa to turn your phone on silent mode and consider lowered voices. We want everyone to enjoy their time at our spa from start to finish. We appreciate your help in this regard.
Sauna & Shower: Our infrared sauna is in a private, curtained room and we have signage out front to alert anyone that a sauna session is in progress. Please follow the signage rules and do not disturb other guests of the spa. Also, if you are booked in for a package including the sauna and shower, please do not add time to the sauna or shower as your subsequent appointments are scheduled to begin at a specific time. If you add time to your sauna or shower you are therefor taking time out of your service. Practitioners cannot add more time to their day to allow for full service time if you compromise the timing of the package. You may also be charged for the extra time spent in the facilities or impact another client scheduled for such services. Please be mindful of this.

We are located in central downtown Kamloops, between Peter's Pasta and Bikini Bills.
Pay street parking is available for up to three hours. We do not have our own parking unfortunately.
For those needing more time or the convenience of lot parking, IMPARK is available in the alley directly behind the spa.
As downtown Kamloops can get quite busy, please allow ample time to find parking.
