Before service
A brief skin consultation and analysis to understand your current concerns and goals. No preparation required, come as you are. Let your practitioner know about any sensitivities, medications, or skin conditions. Comfort preferences are always welcomed; pressure, temperature, scent.
During service
Your treatment begins with a thorough cleanse without stripping the skin followed by gentle exfoliation. A customized masque is selected based on your skin needs. Our signature Hungarian facial massage is woven throughout, deeply relaxing and circulation boosting. (Enhanced only) LED light therapy is applied to support collagen, healing, and tone. Expect to feel at ease, this is as much about restoration as it is about results.
After service
Skin will feel clean. soft, hydrated, and visibly refreshed. Some clients experience a gentle glow immediately, this deepens over the following 24-48 hours. Your practitioner will recommend a simple home care routine to extend your results. For best results, facials every 4-6 weeks are recommended. (Enhanced) Slight warmth or mild sensitivity is normal following LED, this passes quickly.

Yes, our Signature Organic Eminence Facial is one of the gentlest yet most effective treatments we offer. Because it is fully customized yo your skin needs, your practitioner will select products specifically suited to calm and nourish sensitive skin, Just let us know at your consultation.
Can I book a facial if I am pregnant?
Yes! Our Signature Organic Eminence Facial is pregnancy-safe and a wonderful way to care for your skin during this time. Please note that the Enhanced Facial with LED is NOT recommended during pregnancy.
How often should I get a facial?
For most clients, once a month is ideal for maintaining results and supporting long-term skin health. Your practitioner will recommend a treatment frequency that suits your skin and goals.
What's the difference between the Signature and the Enhanced facial?
Both treatments are fully customized and include our signature Hungarian facial massage. The Enhanced facial adds LED light therapy which supports collagen production, accelerates healing, and helps reduce acne-causing bacteria. Ideal for clients wanting more targeted or visible results.
Should I stop using retinol before my service?
Depending on the strength of your products, we may recommend pausing retinol for 3-7 days before your appointment.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
No special preparation is needed. Come as you are. If you recently had any skin procedures, laser treatments, or are taking photosensitive medications, please let us know when booking so we can tailor your experience safely.
Can I add enhancements to my facial?
Yes! Many guests love customizing their visit with a foot soak, eye or neck treatment, or a little sweet treat like chocolate covered strawberries. You can add these at booking obline or mention them when booking over the phone. Make sure you let us know with time to ensure we can accommodate appointment time and resources accordingly.
